Contacting your air carrier

Due to COVID-19, it will take longer than usual to contact your airline. Airlines are advising to only contact them if you have travel in the next 72 hours. Additionally, most carriers are allowing you to make changes or cancellations to your trip online.

The airlines advise you to arrive 90 min before your flight to allow for ticketing and security screening. The terminal is open daily from 4:00 am-12:30 am PST.

Lost and Found:

Items left on airplanes are retained by the airline. Please call your airline to report any lost items.

Items that may have been left at the security checkpoint or on the grounds of the airport are turned over to Airport Administration. Please call our offices at (805) 781-5205. If you are calling after hours please leave your name and phone number and we will call you back the next business day.

Luggage:

In the event of missing or damaged luggage, please contact your airline directly for assistance.
