Pay at the cash kiosk at the Terminal in front of Door #2.

* Lot 4 has designated disabled parking spaces. If there are no disabled spots available in either lot, you may park in any open space in any lot, with valid plate/placard, for any length of time.

How to use App

Parking FAQ’s

Can I extend my parking session by using my phone?

If the user pays by text or by App you will get a reminder 15 minutes prior to your session ending. The user will receive a text notification with the availability to extend at that time. Additionally, if the user starts the session at the kiosk and enter the user’s phone number you all will get a reminder 15 minutes prior to your session with a text link to extend.

Is there a cell phone waiting lot?

The Airport does not currently have a cell phone waiting lot. However, the Airport does have hourly parking in all lots for  $2 per hour.

Does the Airport offer annual parking permits?

The Airport offers a small number of annual parking permits and are issued at the discretion of the Director of Airports. Please call the Airport Administration offices at (805) 781-5205 for more information.

What if I am issued a citation?

Parking citations may be issued for many reasons. The most common of those reasons is a user’s parking slip expired before you came back from your trip. These citations can be minimized by utilizing our extend by text or by using the parking app to extend your parking session. Additionally, by submitting the user phone number at the original time of purchase at the kiosk will allow you to extend by text.  Information on how to pay a citation is directly on the citation that was issued.

What if I need a parking refund?

Parking refunds must be requested within 72 hours of original purchase with a proof of purchase receipt. Refund requests must be accompanied by documentation such as a flight cancellation record.  Payment made by credit card can be refunded by the Airport.  Cash refunds are issued by the County of San Luis Obispo and require a signed Payment Request form.  Please contact the Airport Administration directly for additional information.
